Job Description
As a VIP Personal Security Specialist, you will be responsible for protecting clients from potential threats, managing risks, and maintaining a secure environment during their professional and personal engagements. This role requires exceptional situational awareness, advanced tactical skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Threat Assessment: Analyze potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.
- Close Protection: Provide 24/7 personal security for clients during travel, events, and daily activities.
- Emergency Response: Act swiftly and effectively in critical situations to ensure client safety.
- Surveillance and Monitoring: Conduct perimeter security checks and monitor environments for suspicious activities.
- Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage secure routes, transportation, and accommodations.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and ensure client privacy at all times.
- Equipment Management: Utilize advanced security tools and technologies to enhance protective measures.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other security personnel, drivers, and external law enforcement as required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in personal security, executive protection, or military/police service.
- Advanced training in close protection, self-defense, and threat management.
- Exceptional situational awareness and decision-making under pressure.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to handle demanding tasks.
- Valid license for firearms and other necessary security equipment (as per local regulations).
- Proficiency in conflict resolution, risk analysis, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to blend seamlessly into various environments.
- HGA Level 7 certification and above is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in executive protection (e.g., Certified Protection Specialist or equivalent).
- Multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse clientele and navigate international environments.
- Experience working with high-profile clients in private or public sectors.
- Background in counter-surveillance and cybersecurity is an added advantage.
